Obama's Stimulus Package Arrives - So Will it Work?

As the jobless rates continue to rise all across America, many people are listening to the heralding event of a new stimulus package with keen ears. Obama's stimulus plan arrives seemingly just in time to aide the ailing recession, raise the unemployment rate and give hope to the ones that need it the most. With this stimulus plan promising to spur the economy, create millions of jobs and revitalize the ever-sagging recession, many people sit with hands on hearts waiting for the relief. Obama's stimulus plan is implemented to jump-start the economy and many Americans seem to be swayed over to Obama and his big designs for this economic stimulus. Many have started to listen and become mesmerized by his speeches proclaiming that his stimulus package will be the end to all economic strife.

Obama's stimulus plan lays down the promise to put money once again in the hands of America's blue-collar workers and food on their tables, and clothes on their children's backs. This stimulus plan, which consists of tax cuts and government spending, is a multi-billion dollar package to support or revive an economic recession. This stimulus plan will entail the cuts of tax cuts for businesses and middle-class workers that will total 40% of the overall total package. Democrats are allowing that the cost of Obama's stimulus plan would run into the hundreds of billions of dollars. While Obama is urging Republicans to rethink their opposition to his stimulus package, he says that the package would be an unprecedented level of transparency and accountability for where the money is spent.

To the American people he has been quoted as saying, that not only does he want the stimulus package to deal with the immediate crises, he wanted it to also lay the groundwork for long-term sustained economic growth. He still maintains that things may get worse before they get better. Something most Americans can certainly attest to. This two-year stimulus package is a use of fiscal policy government spending or tax measure stimulus package that will bring relief to America, but add to the trillion-dollar debt for America's future children.

Obama's stimulus package plan promises 2.2 5 million jobs in the future, providing tax cuts, funding for educational programs and other incentives that will hopefully not only strengthen the American way of life, but allow for the pursuit of its happiness also.
